About NMC Ready

NMC Ready is an independent online study aid for the NMC Computer-Based Test (CBT). It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Pearson VUE. Buying NMC Ready does not book, register or pay for your CBT.

Our questions are written to practise the topics in the NMC's published test specification. They are not real or leaked NMC questions, and practising with them does not guarantee a pass.

Clinical content

Questions and explanations are for exam practice. They follow UK guidance such as the NMC Code, NICE, the Resuscitation Council UK and the BNF, but guidance changes. Always follow current guidance and your local policy in practice. If you think a question is wrong, use “Report a problem” and we'll review it.

Your account

You need an account to buy NMC Ready Pro. Keep your password safe and don't share your account. Pro is for one person.

NMC Ready Pro: price and payment

NMC Ready Pro is a one-off payment, not a subscription. The price is shown before you pay and may be lower, or in your local currency, depending on your country. Payments are processed by Stripe.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as NMC Ready is available, including if you need to resit the CBT. If we ever close the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because Pro gives you access straight away, we ask you to agree before you pay that access can start immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once it does. You must tick a box to confirm this before checkout.

Refunds

We will give you a full refund if you were charged twice or in error, or if a fault on our side stops you using Pro and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.

If you're unhappy with Pro for another reason, contact us within 14 days of buying it and we'll consider a refund fairly. To ask for a refund, use the contact page with the email address on your account.

A refund ends your Pro access. This doesn't affect your legal rights, for example if the service is faulty or not as described.

Fair use

Please don't copy, resell or republish our questions, or try to get around the free limits or the paywall. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the site available and the content accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for your exam result or for decisions made by the NMC. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms, for example if the product changes. The version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
