What we collect, why, and your choices.
Your account
If you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password with our authentication provider, Supabase. We use your email to sign you in, confirm your account, reset your password and, if you contact us, to reply.
Your progress
Your answers, scores and mock exam results are saved in your browser. If you are signed in, they are also saved to your account so they follow you across devices. Resetting progress on the Progress page deletes them.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record that your account has paid, so we can give you access.
Analytics cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It only loads if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
Messages and question reports
If you use the contact form or report a problem with a question, we receive what you write and any email address you give, so we can reply and fix the question.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, including deleting your account. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
